On Saturday 17th October 2015, Sue Anstee and her family held a fundraiser coffee morning in Mullion in aid of our charity. The Mullion WI hall that Sue used was overtaken by a large amount of people from Mullion and the surrounding areas, who came and enjoyed coffee and some wonderful cakes.
There were numerous items on sale and a huge raffle with lots of prizes on offer which certainly kept the morning buzzing.
We arrived in our reflective uniforms to say hello and were greeted with a warm welcome by everyone. We were then asked to help with the raffle and read the winning ticket numbers out to the crowd.
Sue, her family and the generous residents of Mullion and surrounding areas raised a total of £1082 for us, which we will forever be grateful, as it will help to ensure that our service goes from strength to strength and continues to provide an excellent service to our NHS partners and above all to our wonderful communities of Cornwall.
From all at Cornwall Blood Bikes, a massive thank you to Sue and her family for their dedication and to all at Mullion that helped to raise such an amazing amount of money.
